Goal Setting

Her is a little exercise to help you attain some of the goals you are striving for.
First things first, lets feel good about ourselves. List 5 accomplishments you have already achieved. Everyone, even children accomplish things every day to be proud of. I’m just asking for 5.

Now in the next 10 Years what would you like. If you could have anything in the would what would it be.

List 50 things that you would like to have, own, achieve, feel in the next 10 years. Take your time. Its even OK to take more than one sitting to do it(I’m still working on mine) so remember, relax,breath, take your time.

Now take this list and go thru it one item at a time and give it a 1, 3, 5, or 10 depending on how many years you see yourself obtaining these goals. Use Code for the real private ones.

Now take the list and pick out the four most inportant one year goals. Highlight them or make a new list with them, whatever you have to do.

Why are those 4 goals so important to you. Write it down, take you time and find the answer.

When the Why gets stronger the How gets easier.

Purpose is Stronger than Object.

The Drama is in the Detail.

Now go back through the list and count how many 1’s, 3’s, 5’s, and 10’s, then make a little tab list of the counts. Then think about making the numbers more even, becaus we always want to be accomplishing a goal, but we always need something to strive for.

Last Question; What person must I become, to accomplish my list of goals.
